2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Dog Who Menu offers natural food products for dogs, including barf menus, snacks, supplements and nutritional advice.

3. Rates and payments

• All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax.

• Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or secure electronic payment platforms.

Shipments and Deliveries

• Shipments are made through courier companies, with estimated delivery times between 24 and 72 working hours.

• Shipping costs will be detailed during the purchase process.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• In accordance with current legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

• To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

• Perishable or customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Returns and Refunds

• In the event of defective products or shipping errors, the customer must contact Perro Que Menú within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

• Once the problem has been verified, the product will be returned or replaced, as appropriate.
